The Journey Set
A set designed for looking inward. The set includes our lying meditation mat, lavender filled eye pillow, and a buckwheat filled pillow. Each item is made with a technical, soft touch fabric imported from Japan.
We use a Japanese premium fabric that is anti-microbial, soft, and has a great hand feel.
Lay on mat, rest head on pillow and gently place eye mask on top of eyes.
Both the pillow and eye mask have removable covers which can be machine-washed. The eye mask cover is a sleeve, while the pillow cover has a zipper.
The lying mats do not have removable covers and need to be spot cleaned using water or most spray cleaners.
Store in cool, dry room.
When transitioning on or off the mat, do so mindfully and gently to maintain a sense of calm and focus throughout your meditation practice.
Everyone's body is unique, so adjust the cushion’s positioning and add any additional cushions according to your individual comfort requirements.
