· For deeper cleaning, use a mild oil-free soap or vinegar solution with warm water, applied to cloth
· Do not machine wash; air dry fully before rolling or storing
· Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp edges
· Use on its own or pair with the Flow Towel for added grip in heated or dynamic sessions
