Cushions have an all-natural, hypoallergenic buckwheat-hull fill that conforms to each body and a layer of gel-infused memory foam on top for added comfort. The Mat is filled with medium-density foam provides comfort for your ankles and knees.

    This is the one you want!

    I've always had difficult with a bad back finding the correct posture to be able to meditate without laying down.

    This set has the perfect balance that allows you to find just that right position that works for you. It also has helped improve my posture and when I meditate at the temple I'm much more aligned and my meditative experiences have been greatly approved.

    Can't recommend this enough!
