1. Sit on the front third of the cushion to create the right angle.
2. Allow your hips to slope downward toward your knees.
3. Place your legs in Burmese posture: ankles in front of the body’s midline, knees gently splayed outward.
4. If your hips are flexible, your knees should rest on the ground.
5. If not, use bolsters under the knees for added support.

· After each session, fluff and rotate the cushion to redistribute the buckwheat hulls and maintain even firmness.
· Wipe with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning.
